Arnold Family Dentistry – Erin Mariscal, DDS – Arnold Smiles

Dr. Erin Mariscal

General Dentist

I am pleased to have this opportunity to tell you about myself. I received my DDS from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2003. Opening my private practice in 2006 fulfilled my life-long dream. A firm believer in continuing education, I am committed to staying abreast of leading edge dentistry techniques - essential for providing my patients with the highest quality dentistry possible. I hold numerous association memberships including the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. My professional activities include working to provide dental care to underserved children and adults in the U.S. and in Honduras. Here in Jefferson County, I have worked with the Health Department's "Smiles to Go" program treating underserved school age children in our community. In 2007, I spent 10 days in Honduras on a medical mission trip providing dental care to patients of all ages who have no access to a dentist.

On a personal note, I am married to Marco Mariscal who works in the Lindbergh school district. We have two wonderful children, Noah and Lucy.  My hobbies include horseback riding, playing the violin, and trying to learn German. I also enjoy art--I love painting! I frequently am changing the wall colors and designs at the office.

Dr. Sarah Graesser

General Dentist

I received my DDS from Marquette University, after receiving my BS in Biology from the University of Tulsa. I am currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society.  I work hard to stay up to date with the latest dental technology and advances through continuing education. I try to give back to the community, via Give-Kids-A-Smile Day and Mission of Mercy, providing dental care to underprivileged populations.  In fact, I became interested in dentistry after serving as a member of a dental team on a ten-day mission trip to Honduras. I am excited to be a member of the Arnold Smiles team and have enjoyed getting to know all of the patients.

A little about my life outside of dentistry – I was born and raised in St. Louis.  I love spending time outdoors. My fiancée, Brian, and I enjoy hiking and running road races, from 5Ks to marathons. I am also an assistant coach for Cor Jesu Academy's cross country team; it has been very rewarding to share my passion for running with the next generation. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my little niece.  In addition, I am an avid reader, and I’m always looking for good book suggestions!
